Architectural and design intent are often hidden behind drop ceilings and laminate flooring. Every House Is a Lady is our founding principle; our process of finding what lies beneath, and is waiting to shine through, in an old house.
Every house and every room can move closer to its original intent and closer to its best use today. Living better in your space can be as simple as the right coat of paint and some decluttering or as involved as rehabilitating old window sashes, refinishing floors and adding bathrooms. Each step towards more deliberate interaction with your home can add richness and peace to life.
This may sound a little rosey, but your house is your home. Besides family - which is pretty hard to control ;-) - your home might be the clearest avenue to finding more peace in life. It’s at least in the top 3.
Pay attention to your lady. Listen to her. You earned the right to own your home and that is part of your story, but she has her story to tell just the same.

Who We Are
Kalindi and Ed sittin’ in a tree… We have two children and we buy/remodel old properties we think are cool. We love getting to know old houses and fixing them up to reveal and celebrate their former glory.
We all know the beautiful old houses will never be constructed again (not with a middle-class price tag anyway). Bringing them back piece by piece and room by room is the only way most people can uncover the beauty and craftmanship in their home.
We help people find the personality of their unique lady and reveal that through their remodeling journey.
